| Deposit | ||||
|
Minimum deposit of 40% is required after confirmation of availability. Payment can be made by bank transfer. We will send you bank details. We also require £150 deposit as refundable breakages deposit on arrival which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. | ||||
| Checking In and Out | ||||
| Check In to the property is in the afternoon 12pm onwards. NB on back-to-back bookings there may be maid services between 11am and 1pm. Keys of the property on arrival: The keys of the property are usually handed over on arrival at the airport or heliport. If loss of keys may incur you will have to pay a fine of up to Lm25. On receiving the keys you may have to sign a receipt form- so please have your passport no or ID card no handy. Check Out is strictly before 12pm (morning) unless otherwise agreed. A supplement of 1 night may be added if you stay at the property after noon. Return of keys on departure When you are leaving the property on your departure sate, please leave the keys on the hall table. | ||||

Property is to be used for holiday accommodation only and not for any commercial activity, party, disco. Damages to the property will be noted, and are subject to payment on demand. Smoking is allowed but care must be taken to use ashtrays, not to smoke in bedrooms and to dispose carefully of cigarette stubs. | ||||
| Cancellations and Refunds | ||||
| You may cancel your booking, subject to the rules. When this happens we start to incur costs and losses from the time a booking is confirmed. Thus the closer it is to check - in/arrival date, the less likely it is to re-sell your accommodation to others. So if you decide or are constrained to cancel we will have to make a charge and the later the cancellation the more charge will be. Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received and acknowledge. It is recommended that any cancellation request is sent by recorded delivery post or fax to the person you have booked the accommodation with. If you cancel on a date earlier that 46 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee withheld by owner/agent is the full deposit of 30%. If the cancellation is made between 45 days and 15 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee withheld by owner/agent is 100% of the total rental. If cancellation is made during your stay not being due to "force majure" -cancellation fee withheld by the owner is forfeited by you is 100% of the total rental. In cases where the property is structurally severely damaged by natural causes, or made uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances or through sever accident (must be acknowledged by a competent, independent person authorized by us to verify the case. The person who has booked the property will be refunded 100% of your fully paid up accommodation fee for the number of days remaining as per your reservation, or offered an alternative accommodation in a comparable property (subject to availability) as long as the accommodation cost of any alternative property does not exceed the cost of the booking you have already paid for. | ||||
| Your Responsibility | ||||
| The enjoyment of this property entails certain responsibilities on your part. The owner, may inspect the property at any time during the daytime. You will be informed beforehand so as not to cause any inconvenience. | ||||
| General Care and Discipline | ||||
| Please ensure to manage and use this property, as you would do your own home. Family and temporary guests visiting should be encouraged to exercise self-discipline and avoid damage or accidents. Children and youths are to supervised as necessary to avoid harm to themselves or others or damage to the property. No responsibility is accepted by the company or the owners, managers or agents if accidents or damage or to children or youths, to the property or to your interests owing to negligence on your part or insufficient supervision. Of course the company or its representative will give you every possible help in case of emergency. | ||||
| Loss or Damage | ||||
| If anything is found damaged or missing, it will be noted and the person who has rented the property will be entirely responsible for replacing or paying for any damaged items whether they are part of the structure of part of the furniture. There is an inventory of the property contents and detailed photographs of each and every part of the property. However we do expect you to inform us (or the maid on her first/next visit) of any damage or loss occurring during your stay. Moving about of furniture, furnishings, appliances and chattels is not allowed. | ||||
| Safety & Health | ||||
| Care and attention extends to all electrical appliances, power points/sockets and where applicable, properties with swimming pools. It is advisable to have your own choice of Travel Insurance in place before you travel and covering the whole period of your holiday. Safety entails responsibilities on either side. But whereas the properties on offer are essentially safe in a standard sense, due to diligence on your part is vital to ensure your own safety and that of your companions. Regarding health matters, the company will guide you to any doctor, pharmacy or clinic that may be required. Any fees or dues payable to these entities must however be paid directly to them by yourself. We do not take any responsibility for any ill health during your stay whilst at the property for any reason whatsoever. It is recommended that you have suitable insurance to cover for this. Linen and bathroom towels are provided, however if you wish to bring your own, you are free to do so. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom towels are not to be used as beach towels, spoiling them may incur a fine. | ||||

| Whilst every effort has been taken to describe the property in sufficient correctness, detail and clarity to enable the interested persons to make a proper choice/decision about his holiday accommodation, as also every effort to respond truthfully and well to each query raised by the said persons, and to make the holiday comfortable and enjoyable -the Owners can not accept any liability or legal responsibility in the event that the holiday or any portion thereof is hampered or otherwise rendered difficult of disappointing or spoilt because of weather conditions, governmental or state-authority activities, new regulations affecting the property, public feasts, manifestations or public or private works of any kind occurring at the appointed holiday time in the vicinity… being items over which there can be no control by the Owners and others concerned. However every effort will be made to minimize any such nuisances if they do occur, at no extra charge to the Lessees. Furthermore if as result of any of the above reasons or other "force majeur" the Lessee and/or his/her guests decide to abandon the Property, the provision of alternative accommodation will be his/her responsibility and no compensation can be claimed or given for any additional cost incurred, and neither will any refund of rental, in whole or in part, be possible. | ||||
